Mission
Our Mission is to provide new and gently used household essentials and food program assistance to participants of Contra Costa County Social Service Programs to improve their living conditions and quality of life.
Story
This foundation’s vision for developing children has taken roots in the hearts and minds of a small group of people around the globe as they work together to release communities from poverty.
What started as a short mission trip between a group of young people coming together to make a change, this foundation continues to exist as an agency to provide medical, social, psychological and education needs of children and their families.
Who We Serve
We want to help those with the most need across Contra Costa County. Requests for help come through local Social Service Agencies and our clients have a diverse array of needs.
Clients include, but are not limited to:
- Individualstransitioning from homelessness back into housing.
- Rehab patients returning into independent living.
- Parents needing infant necessities or food assistance.
- Dialysis patients preparing their living situation for treatment.
- Individuals fleeing domestic violence.
- Veterans in need of household essentials.
- Refugees in need of household essentials.
